Rev. Alex Gillies
Pastor Alex is married to Charlotte and is the founder and senior pastor of Victory Christian Centre, an exciting and dynamic Assemblies of God congregation in the city of Glasgow. Alex is an anointed evangelist and Bible teacher with a mandate to take the Word and tell the world that Jesus Christ is Lord! For over thirty years he has pioneered new churches and held missions and crusades across Scotland and around the world.
Rev. Charlotte Gillies
Pastor Charlotte holds an honours degree in Economics and Finance from Strathclyde University and is also an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God GB. She is married to Pastor Alex and together they lead the growing congregation at Victory Christian Centre, where Charlotte heads up praise and worship, women’s ministry and church administration. She is also a gifted and sought after preacher with a strong teaching anointing. She loves playing golf and enjoys a good book and a good movie.
Ian McCormack
Ian is an elder in the church. You can find him at the front of the church or in the foyer where he actively welcomes newcomers! Ian oversees the ushers, communion and water baptism.
Pastor Claribel Martin
Pastor Claribel is one of our prominent leaders and elders in the church. She is engaged with our Tamil Community at Victory Christian Centre. Claribel is a very active member of the church; she preaches, regularly takes the communion and is a friendly face to anyone in a time of need!
Mr. Kenneth David-West
Mr David-West is one of our dearest leaders and elders of the church. His main role is as one of the lecturers at our Victory Bible College after receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Theology several years ago. He is actively engaged in the church; preaching and involved in taking the communion.
Jackie Lynch
Jackie is another one of our church elders who is gifted with words of the Spirit. Jackie is tapped into the prophetic word and is a wonderful source of encouragement to all at Victory Christian Centre. If you see him, why not say hello!
Hatina Tapatapa
Hatina is one of our church elders who is dedicated to community outreach. He is infact the Chairperson of a charity organisation named Orphanaid. Hatina has a heart for God and his focus is pouring out God's love onto everyone he meets!
